Our cancellation policy beginning 2025 will be applied for the following holidays- July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. At this time, deposits will only be taken for these holidays. Some exceptions may apply. We will require a 2 day minimum deposit per dog. Reservations must be cancelled prior to 10 days in advance for a refund. Cancellations 10 days and later will result in a forfeited deposit. Outside of these holidays, a cancellation fee of one night's lodging may be applied for reservations that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

A boarding contract must be signed at check-in. All pets will be charged a full day lodging fee for the first day regardless of check-in time.
Payment is due in full at check-out. For pets staying multiple days, there will not be a charge for the check-out day if your dog is picked up by 11:30am. A full day charge will apply for afternoon pickups. A fee of $35.00 will be applied for returned checks.
We will not accept pets that are aggressive, heavily medicated, or diabetic. Pets with recent surgical/medical procedures must be cleared for boarding by their vet. A waiver may need to be signed.
Yes, bedding is provided during the stay as long as your dog will not chew it. Playtime toys are also available. If you would like to bring your own, they must be labeled. See more information below.
Yes, you can bring labeled bedding, toys and treats. However, we do provide these items during your pet's stay. Rawhides, pig ears, and similar chews will not be accepted. Chews with sharp points such as antlers will not be accepted. Please do not bring valuable or irreplaceable items as they may become soiled or separated from your pet during the stay.
Yes, we have radiant floor heating and air conditioning. Your pet will be comfortable throughout the year.
The dogs go out four times per day, two of which are playtimes. Additional play sessions and a la carte items may be purchased. Daycare dogs go out for three play sessions throughout the day.
Yes, our facility has several sizes of dog suites, including a suite with a connecting door for larger families.
While we provide Iams food, you are more than welcome to supply dog food from home in a labeled container or pre-portioned bags. Please do not include medications inside individual food bags. We supply freezing, refrigeration, and heating as needed. Please inform our staff of any dietary restrictions or food sensitivities that your dog may have.
Yes, we will administer medications. All medications must be clearly labeled. When possible, keep prescription medications in their labeled prescription bottles. Also, please note if there are any changes in dosage per the owner. We do not give shots. If your dog has a serious illness or injury, we recommend contacting your veterinarian for alternative boarding arrangements.
Appointments may be scheduled outside of our regular office hours for a $15 fee per dog. Based on availability.
If there is an illness, we will contact you and your veterinarian. If your veterinarian is in the area, we will try to use them. If we are unable to reach you in an emergency, we will seek care that is in the best interest of your pet. Pet owners are responsible for any veterinary costs if medical attention is required.
If a dog needs to be taken to the vet there will now be a $25 transport fee.
If fleas and ticks are present, the dog will be treated at the owner's expense before entering the kennel. Since we are located in a rural area, we encourage the use of flea/tick preventative.
We do not recommend you board your dog when they are in heat. If needed, you will need to sign a release form.
We discourage boarding your aggressive dog for the safety of our staff and other dogs. Please schedule an observation to determine if your reactive dog is a good fit for boarding.
